ALERTING YOU TO DANGER

ACROSS THE BIG COUNTRY

Volunteer Fire Departments

When the call happens, Volunteer firefighters across the Big Country roll.

In times of emergencies, they receive the call from the middle of the night to a busy afternoon. They put their lives on hold and respond to a wide array of emergencies: including fires, emergency medical incidents, natural disasters, hazardous materials incidents, water rescue emergencies, and other general public service calls. The public relies on the volunteer emergency services to be their first line of defense in these emergencies.
